repair instead of replacement.

Went in for a new windscreen but was advised it could be repaired, which we did. It cost me £15 instead of £75. Win ! :-)

From booking through to pick up everything was so easy, but professional.

The staff, from the manager to the fitter, were excellent. They explained the process, how long it would take and why. We got back early to pick it up and it was fascinating how the road assistance elements were recalibrated. We would highly recommend the Bournemouth National Windscreens office and the organisation as a whole. From booking the service via our insurance company links it was so simple.

Not happy with national Windscreen

I waited in all day and they never turned up.Rang the local office where the technician was coming from and was told that "there was a computer glitch " my job was not passed onto the technician. I was away on holiday down in Bournemouth and had to wait till Thursday 7th May( it was meant to be 06/05).Not the technicians fault, replaced the windscreen, he did a good job..I blame the office as they didn't even ring me to say Sorry, I had to ring them( no am or pm slot given just 09:00-16:30)

Great job done but took ages to get an…

Great job done but took ages to get an appointment and I wasn't prioritised when my appointment was cancelled due to damaged glass being received, so went to back to queue.

In-store staff very helpful and polite.

Positive experience

Easy to book. The appointment ran on time. Friendly service. I would have put 5* but my windscreen still has a resin mark left on it, which was explained why, though I didn't really understand. It's the passenger side so ok, just a shame.

Good service and a quality repair.

Booking a home visit was pretty simple but then was some confusion regarding time of arrival. This was soon resolved with a phone call. The technician was excellent, did a good job and very friendly.

Had a small issue but sorted promptly

There was an issue after new screen fitted with the interior mirror fitment but this was sorted out quickly by one of the branch trouble shooters. Apart from that, all good and pleased with service.
