Great service
Great service. The only downside is that the chip is still quite visible, but it hasn’t cracked so far. Good communication and fast service. I recommend them.

Poor customer service
The technician was great however the rest of the service was awful, from booking it and being advised that it had to be done in the workshop (which turned out to be incorrect) to cancelling the appointment with less than an hours notice even though booked 3 weeks previously because they only checked the new windscreen an hour before the appointment.

The engineer (Dan) that called to repair my windscreen was fast, professional and proficient. He quickly repaired it and it’s almost as good as new.
The centralised automated text messages just confused the situation and didn’t relate to reality at all.
