Avoid this company after waiting 2 weeks to get rear windscreen replacement on vw golf and still and no fitting date. Phoned local company and had glass fitted next day. National Windscreens said they couldn't get the glass. Then wanted me to drive 70 miles to Bridgend on the motorway with no back windshield.

The staff at National Windscreens Bridgend were excellent. I wanted reassurance regarding the quality replacement windscreen for my car and they took me into the workshop and showed me the windscreen and ran through the quality and finish. Both the reception staff and workshop staff had excellent customer service.

At first the company I used exceeded my expectations, my car was in for repair down Swansea at bmw and they did go there to repair my back windscreen, unfortunately the people who did it left off the plastics they had removed and also my back light they didn’t put back in place and now when I drive the back light just randomly falls off the back windscreen, as they didn’t reattach my plastics they took off in side the car this has left all the plastics around the outside of the door coming apart to. Shoddy service to be fair

Poor quality control
The windscreen fitted was scratched on the passenger side, which National Windscreens failed to spot before and during fitting. This meant I had to visit the agent twice, and will require a further visit to replace the defective screen.
I am still waiting for a date to have a replacement windscreen fitted.
