Dropped car in
Dropped car in, gent was really polite and cracked a joke. Car was done in 1.5hrs even though they ask for up to 4hrs. He thoroughly explained every sensor on my windscreen and its purpose.

The engineer who carried out the repair…
The engineer who carried out the repair was professional and courteous. The only issue was that the payment he took from me appeared to have not gone through. National windscreens contacted me by text to request the payment. Before I had chance to contact them, the payment transaction was completed, I had a confirmation notification from my bank. This was all.a little concerning regarding use of my account.
