What an utter shambles (edited to 5 star)
What an utter shambles.
Booked in on 23rd for 26th. Arrived today to find out it's closed. I spoke to live chat to confirm before I booked they were open. Was confirmed. Had emails the day before saying to arrive between 830 and 930. Arrived at 825 and waited till 10.
3 calls to out of hours number to be lied to and placed on hold for 1 hour before being cut off.
Utter shambles and no sign of when this will be resolved. I will be seeking compensation

It was finally resolved last Friday.
Seemless and the guy was extremely helpful who fitted it.
After having the excess waived due to the above I am happy and happy to add the edit and change the rating

I made the booking online which was super easy. At the branch the whole team were really welcoming. My windscreen was replaced as soon as I arrived and I could not fault the work. Very pleased 😁

Need window refitted and a full refund terrible service
First of all I had to book a day off work to be able to get the rear window repaired and was let down at the last minute so had to wait to book in again.. resulting in me losing a days wages of £150
When the window was then fitted the following Tuesday we have now noticed how badly it had been fitted.. the rear window is completely fitted to one side.. with a huge gap on the right hand side.. I can insert my fingers in the gap is so big and is totally unacceptable.. worried that water will certainly get in to the car glass isn’t even seated against the seal.. I have had multiple people look at it and say it doesn’t even look like the right size of glass !!
I need a response asap from you guys.. I want the window refitted and a refund of the cost of £135 to compensate for for such a bad service
