Took too long
It took over a week to have the repair carried out which I think is too long.
it was good to be able to track the engineer's arrival on the day and he carried out a tidy job.
Would have been useful to get advice about how to protect the car out in the open while waiting for the repair and whether any water damage would be covered by the insurance
