The Staff at Brighton were so accommodating.
My appointment was supposed to be the following day but I turned up the day before to see if I could bring my car in earlier as my wife had a hospital appointment. They told me to leave the car with them. They phoned me 2 hrs later to say that I could collect my car in half an hour as they had fitted the new screen already. Can’t recommend them enough, thanks guys!

My windscreen replacement was done well but the online booking system is in need of an overhaul. Booked a morning slot but it was changed to an afternoon slot the day before my appointment without any explanation. Also, nobody answered the phone at the local depot so don’t see the point of having a phone number on the website. Very frustrating!!
