I had a replacement windscreen fitted…
I had a replacement windscreen fitted the whole process went really well, took a bit of time getting the old screen out because someone had glue it too well, they are polite and friendly and did it very efficiently, all was okay, didn’t use the car till the next day,it turned out to have a scratch on it, I contacted Customer Service. They put the wheels in motion straight away and got me another replacement screen fitting and done all in good time.

Simple and quick
Dan met me at the door and took my car straight in even though I was a bit early!
The potential 4 hour window is clearly a sensible precaution but in my case the car was ready to collect an hour and a half later.
