Polite, helpful and advised me that I didn’t need a new wind screen. Two chips were repaired instead. My money was automatically refunded within two days.

The booking and replacement of the windscreen was very efficient. It was just the attention to detail and tidiness that was lacking such as wiping down of the front door sills and resetting the door mirrors back to auto.

I was really pleased with the experience I had with National Windscreens in Crawley. I completed the online form for a complete screen replacement and received a really competitive quote via text the following day.

I did have some trouble booking the vehicle in, after calling the local number in the text quite a few times and not getting any answer, I eventually went through to the central booking team who said they'd let the local depot know, but that they couldn't book it in for me as they don't have visibility of the local diary. I can appreciate that and it's the only thing that let the process down. The price was too good to miss though, so I persisted throughout the day and eventually got through the following day to be able to book the car in.

On the day of the appointment I was asked to drop the car in for 9am, which I did, and told that it would probably be ready about 11:30am. The website states allow up to 4 hours, so I was really surprised when I received a call within 90 minutes telling me it was ready. On collection I checked the new screen over, the car was clean inside and there was no sign of any sealant or glass, it was really neat. It's now been a week and I've not experienced any issues.

Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, the guys in the Crawley branch were excellent, and overall it was a good experience, as I say, the only part that let it down a bit was the booking process.

Mani the fitter called first thing to advise an estimated time he would arrive. He arrived promptly was polite and knowledgeable and fitted the new windscreen without any fuss and clearly knew his trade.

Had a very cheery welcome on a cold morning and as a woman was treated equally.
The fitter ran me through what would happen to stop my chip turning into a crack and even did it half an hour early. We then reviewed the work after.

Told the bookings team my vehicle was lowered with a front sensor camera. This information was not passed on to the depot, so now I am stuck with a warning light on my dashboard and an MOT failure. Was told that this would be sorted by NW, but I’ve tried calling 3 times and each time I get cutoff
