Fitted windscreen ,Crawley the nearest branch for my car insurance
Fitted windscreen. Seemed ok but ten minutes on way home tried wipers, they were catching on the side pillars.
I went straight back as I live more than 45 mins away. The guy apologise and adjusted them. But a week later they don’t sit correct on the windscreen the same as before.
It’s long way to drive back for me.
When I picked up my car they didn’t seem vey interested as well just put the keys on the counter and said it’s ready. They were too busy eating to show me what had been done etc. Perhaps that’s why the wipers were not fitted correctly?

As a Company they failed to fix my windscreen in Europe. Only one call from them in 6 weeks!! Payment method was shocking and took 3 attempts.
The Crawley Branch were brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable so excellent recovery by them after a Corporate disaster!!

Terrible company. Have tried to rasing concerns about one of there employees regarding his behaviour outside of a school infront of young children while in a company van and uniform and get ignored.

Had to take my car to depot in Crawley…
Had to take my car to depot in Crawley as required extra fitting as my Lexus 430 is a convertible and more complicated. Which was done efficiently the next morning after the fitters could not do it at my house when they came at my urgent request and realised the problem. It still took 3 hours to do the work but done totally satisfactory. Thanks Ken Ellis.

Poor Execution
We arrived at the prescribed time only to see a car with a later appointment be served first. Then the team needed an additional fitter to complete the job on our van which delayed the whole process further.
Overall, not a great experience.

Quick and straightforward process
Quick and straightforward process. The windscreen replacement job took about 3hrs to complete. When I returned home I noticed that the inside of the glass had a small scuff (no fault of their own, but their delivery guys) and they reordered and fitted a new windscreen the following week, without issue. Great customer service.
