After following the app that said the technician was coming to me next I was called,And asked if I would take it to there work yard after saying no I wanted them to come out to me I asked when they would get to me, I was told it would be 4/5 hours
To say I was upset is an understatement
I felt as if I was an inconvenience,
I had waited almost 2 weeks for this appointment to be done at my home,and I ended up going to the work yard

Terrible !
First they cancelled the original booking the day before I was due to take the car to the workshop, then made me wait another 2 weeks. When I dropped my vehicle off, they Installed the wrong glass so the heads up display didn’t work correctly. You’d have thought they would have put the correct glass in from the start in a 60K Lexus instead of trying to get away with the cheap stuff.
The phone line help was useless fobbing me off with the old “we will email them” so I had to drive all the way back to the workshop to speak with them and persuade them to change the glass to the correct one which the technician admitted should have been ordered from Lexus from the start which they now say they are going to. In the meantime, I’m driving round with the wrong glass with a blurred Heads up display that sends my eyes funny for another month until they can squeeze me back in.. Terrible customer service !
