Poor Communication
The work carried out to repair a chip in the windscreen was very good.
However, I had booked a home repair and had to drive to the workshop to have this carried out.
I understand that the weather was bad on the day, but the communication with the repair centre was poor, and I could easily have taken the car to the centre first thing in the morning rather than wait for a visit that was never going to happen.
The APP was usueless.

I’m a very happy customer! I recently had a chip repair done on my Mercedes-Benz, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Booking was easy just a quick email and everything was arranged with no hassle at all.
National Windscreen Repair came directly to my workplace, and the repair was completed within minutes. The gentleman who carried out the work did a fantastic job professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. My only regret is not getting his name so I could personally mention him in this review.

Disappointed with the outcome.
Repair carried out on time but disappointed with the outcome.
Whilst the repair cannot be easily seen from the outside, the crack is still clearly visible from the inside of the screen. This will severely affect the cars pat exchange value when I change it this year.

Good experience
Easily booked in for a replacement windscreen, they liased with insurance, all I had to do was pay my excess and turn up on the given date. Picked up later and instructions given to not wash immediately.
Helpful, pleasant staff.

The main branch never had the correct details of the repair numerous times, Doncaster where it repaired never answer the phone. I have notice my internal central locking button are not working since the door card was removed for glass repair.
