Made a call to National Windsceens on 29/07/2025…
Made a call to National Windsceens on the number given on my Insurance certificate, arranged a time and date (01/08/25) for a replacement to be fitted on my drive and paid the excess as requested on my policy.
I then received a call from their office stating that I would have to take my car to one of their service centres due to the type of windscreen. They said my nearest centre is at Doncaster and I would have to leave the car there on the arranged day for 4hrs. The service centre was easy to find and fortunately I had someone to collect me and take me back when the job was completed.
The staff at the Doncaster service centre were extremely polite an helpful. Many Thanks.

Staff were very courteous, helpful, efficient and kind.
Estimate of timing for job was clear but they exceeded expectations by completing job in a much shorter time, I think mainly, because my husband was disabled and chair bound.

National Windscreens
National Windscreens offer a professional and quality service. They replaced my damaged and cracked windscreen in my car in about 3 hours. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was I had to take my car to the National Windscreens Doncaster depot to be repaired. This was a bit of hassle because I live near Barnsley. They do not have a depot near Barnsley, this is why I have given four stars. Despite this little problem I would recommend National Windscreens for all your windscreen repairs.

Great service
Great service, came out quick to fix my windscreen chip. The risk of the repair not working due to the location of the chip was explained and that a new windscreen could be fitted quickly (possibly next day) if things didn't go well but everything was fine, can't see where the chip was.
