They gave plenty notice, turned up on time and had the job done in no time.

When we arrived we got told there was a member of staff off unwell and will maybe take a bit longer.
It was nice to get told this rather than waiting about wondering why it was taken longer.
After coming back from the shops we got offered tea and biscuits and was updated on my car and when it will be ready.
Very good at communication and customer service 10/10 from me

Customer Service appears non-existent
Booked online through my insurer so had no choice of company for a new windscreen. First appointment several weeks away despite serious crack to windscreen. Tried to call to see if I could get another time but phone was never answered.
Got the car back with new screen and now have warning that rain sensors no longer work. Called again and after being on hold for several minutes got through to someone who appeared to have no knowledge of cars or windscreens and was not based at the Dundee location. He said he would pass on my compliant to someone at Dundee, and they would call be back and so far that has not happened. I also e-mail customer service and so far have had no response three days later. I was delaying giving a negative review but am doing this to see if it triggers someone actually contacting me to deal with my complaint.

Booked car in for first thing in the morning (9am) and received confirmation, then got a text reminder the day before stating midday. Called them and advised they had a big job come in and had moved my time. When advising I could not do another time, I had a lot of signs from the man on the phone and he agreed to go and speak to the manager. They eventually moved it back to my original time.

The car window man arrived promptly with the slot he had rung to advise me first thing in the morning. He was kind and helpful with his advice concerning the dog blanket covered in broken glass. He completed fitting the new back window efficiently even replacing the fitted back camera.

Ageas insurers advertise only one approved glass repairer's number: National Windscreens. I paid £60 excess for an appointment for windscreen replacement, but as the earliest was 2 weeks away and the car not legally drivable, I was obliged to go to Autoglass who could replace within 3 days. This took a number of phone calls to insurers to allow, and involved my paying up front. The reimbursement came back, but the £60 for the cancelled appointment with National Windscreens was anything but easy (not the 10 working days promised). Overall, quite unnecessarily stressful.
