Good customer service
Good communication. I was kept informed about the appointment and progress of the repair. The job was carried out professsionally and all windscreen related functions are operating normally. It is not just a glass replacement exercise now which therefore required a workshop visit.

Service was good
Service was great, only thing I’d change is the 4 hour window for getting it done. I’d rather have a specific time to arrive where they can start right away.

Quick service and friendly team
The service was really quick and everyone at the shop was so friendly. They were even accommodating enough to offer me a private space in their office area so that I could continue working while I waited.

Professional service, would highly recommend
On arrival, I was fully informed by Sean, information relating to the planned work, how long it would take and how they would communicate effectively once finished. As agreed I was contacted once work was completed to a high professional standard, I was greeted by Grant who explained my responsibilities in regards to the replacement windscreen. Both guys were polite, helpful and friendly.

Prompt & Efficient Repair
Staff were all friendly and welcoming after my windscreen was cracked from a youth throwing a rock at my car! They fitted me in quickly so it could be repaired promptly. The fitting process was quick and very well done. Grant was able to explain clearly how to look after the new windscreen while it set in position. Highly recommend.

When I arrived for my appointment I was slightly early so I was waiting outside as they didn’t open until 08:30 at around 08:15 Grant I think his name was called me and I told him I was outside and he said he was ready to start the job, upon giving Grant my car I asked him if there was some place I could sit to crack on with some of my studies whilst they fixed the car up straight away he spoke to his boss to which they fired the heating on in a little side office and allowed me to get on with it in peace so I could focus they helped me navigate some customer WiFi and even brought me a lovely cup of tea! Absolutely amazing team and the job was done much quicker than I had anticipated! Would recommend these guys! Thankyou to Grant & team for looking after me!
