Not ordering the part canceling…
Not ordering the part canceling appointments, told to drop off at 0800, to only get a text the day before telling me my appointment was 1400, had to rearrange things I had put in place, waited with the vehicle to see it being taken in after 1500, customer who arrived after me for a 1500 appointment left before me, attitude of staff when I pointed out it had just been taken it, "it will still be ready within the 2 hour time slot" needless to say it wasn't!

The communication from making the appointment to the arrival of the technician was spot on ! The windscreen was replaced promptly although I had ordered new wipers as advised when booking appointment, only when the technician was finished replacing the windscreen and asked for a signature to state the job was complete did he say oh I don't gave the correct wipers so you will receive a refund for them , no apology , no offer to do them later , just matter of fact !

Damaged dashcam cable
Dreadful experience and managed to also damage the cable for the dashcam so had to have that replaced at my own cost. Pathetic. Avoid if at all possible.
