Damaged dashcam cable
Dreadful experience and managed to also damage the cable for the dashcam so had to have that replaced at my own cost. Pathetic. Avoid if at all possible.

Prompt attention from staff. Replacement windscreen carried out in good time. Booking was very simple.
I would have appreciated a hot or cold drink while waiting but there was no facility for this.

Staff were pleasant and courteous and were able to slot me in a couple of days earlier than my original date. I was very grateful for the change of date.

Dropped off car and got it same day brand new windscreen on it ,had a look basicly am pleased no more worring if it gonna crack anymore as it was a stone damage ,where it was damaged it was on a weak spot. The staff was really helpful and thank you

Got pre booked to drop the car off in…
Got pre booked to drop the car off in the morning for 9am, maybe about 2 weeks in advance to replace the front windscreen.
Went all well people where nice over the phone. But Day before dropping received the message with time change to 12:00 pm which is fine then few hours later changed to 12:30 and eventually before evening went to 3:00pm and lastly got changed to 16pm.
Car was in their shop from 9am all day long and got done just after 5pm.
Next time they can arrive to our home fit the windscreen wouldn't be bother to hassle again.

Terrible…As you are well aware
Terrible…As you are well aware, your technician did not complete the job properly and seal a non bonded screen after fitting, causing a severe leak. Your response to this was more than poor. I have had to have the job completed myself, at extra expense… I spent four days at least getting the Landrover dried out only for yourselves to want to turn a hose on the screen to establish that it leaked. I had dried out the vehicle prior to the screen being fitted and had checked that it would be sealed when booked only to be told by the technician that they didn’t bring the sealing compound and quote” we don’t do that anymore”. Completely and utterly disappointed in the service!!
