You asked me to turn up for 10 o’clock as I did
The Bloke told me he was very frustrated Due to his workload, I’ve got no chance of getting it done until the afternoon I would have to leave it with him which was big inconvenienced my day. I had to get picked up from Location and then dropped off later on in the day.
I do not find this very professional at all
Health and safety regarding entering Work shop as requested
As the gentleman was working on his own, there was no one in the office

I had a great experience with your customer service right from the start. I received a call with clear directions to the workshop, which was helpful as it was a bit tricky to locate. I was also given realistic timescales for when the job would be completed, so i stayed local - sorted within 45 minutes. The technician who carried out the work was incredibly kind and helpful.

Excellent service. Easy and convenient. My windscreen was badly cracked and needed replacing.
The call to my insurance company diverted the call to national windscreens and spoke to an agent straight away, who organised for my windscreen replacement at my home 2 days later. Also the man who did the work was a thoroughly decent chap.
