Waited in ALL DAY
Waited in ALL DAY. Tracker did not work. Managed to speak to three different advisors to get ETAs. All proved baseless. No contact from the company whatsoever to apologise or explain why I wasted a full day to be treated like s**t. Annoyed doesn't cover it. They have my money and I still need a repair. Since discovered it was Scunthorpe branch. When I contacted them next day, they insisted on speaking to my husband, something they had never once asked to do. Claimed it was data protection from his own wife.

Great service. I got lost finding the place as google maps takes you the wrong way! The guy rang me to check all was ok and directed me. My car was ready within the time frame given and no issues since. Would highly recommend!
