All round poor service and poor quality
Not a good service the staff were unhelpful, the car was handed back with finger prints all over the the new windscreen and the dash. took it back the next day because the window was whistleing air through. when i collected it they said they had not taken out the window and redone it but had back filled it (bonged it i would say) the winscreen is still whistleing but im relunctant to let them do anything else to it, I really dont trust there ability. generally a really poor service i have never experienced anywhere else, so what should have been one visit became 3 visits, 1 wasted morning and 2 half days withpout my car and then arranging drop offs and pickup and the staffs did not care at all Poor!!!!!!!!!

Above and beyond
My windscreen cracked a couple of days before an eight day trip. Visited the Hull depot to seek advice re the safety of the screen and they managed to fit the car in for a new screen the next day. Very pleased with the service received.

A great service …
The guys at National Windscreens couldn’t have been more helpful. I dropped my car hours earlier than my appointment and they were fine with this. The windscreen was completed early and they contacted me to go collect. They were polite and courteous. The car was clean and no evidence they had even been in it. The job has been absolutely perfect with no concerns.
