Did a professional job

Great experience from start to finish
Friendly, helpful technician who rang to say I could take my car in earlier if I wanted to. Explained how long the process would take. Offered us a clean, airy and comfortable waiting room to sit in if needed. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a windscreen chip repair from the website. I was seen on time and the repair was quickly completed. The technician was polite and friendly. The repair looks fine, it is low down on the passenger side below the usual viewing range.

Delayed replacement
Hi,
Firstly, can I say that Gary the engineer was extremely helpful. The only issue is that on the original day the work was booked in, there was an issue with the replacement glass. Therefore I had to drive for a week with the original glass reinstalled, that had further damage. Again, Gary was extremely apologetic, informative and a really good guy. I understand it was a genuine error.
Would there be a possibility of a percentage refund due to the inconvenience?
