Awful, got all glass in the lock so doesn’t shut and refused to fix it when the engineer caused it. After ringing them for two weeks finally got a no. Shocking customer service. Use Autoglass folks x

Did the job
Did the job. Annoying they dont open Saturdays. Meant I had to wait 3 weeks till I had a weekday off to get my windscreen repaired and I couldnt go elsewhere as theyre the ones my insurance uses.

The guys were pleasant enough but…
The guys were pleasant enough but communication could be better. Asked to drop mg car off so early between half 8-9 which I did was told it’s a 4 hour appointment again which is fine. But got told will be called between 12-2. Didn’t get a phone call. Got a text bang on 2pm. I rang at 1pm to be told it was still being worked on. Just communication would like to be improved
