Took my car there following vandalism to my windscreen, the managed the whole insurance stuff, despite National failing to contact my insurance company to seek authorisation, they accepted my car anyway, chase up the approval and within 1.5-2hrs they had fitted a brand new screen and had me on my way!
Staff were all polite and courteous, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend them without a doubt.

I used recently for a windscreen replacement with ADAS calibration.
On the positive side, I am very happy with the actual windscreen replacement. The glass looks great, the installation was clean, and the physical fitting was done well.
However, I am really disappointed with the ADAS calibration. Since getting the car back, the Lane Keep Assist isn't working properly—the car fails to hold its lane when the system is activated. To make matters worse, I wasn't provided with an ADAS calibration certificate or report when the job was finished, so I have no proof it was even done correctly.
I have booked another appointment with them for a re-calibration. I am giving 3 stars for now because of the safety risk with the lane assist, but I am happy to update and improve this review later depending on how they resolve the issue at my next appointment.

The automated online reporting system was very effective. In addition, the Peterborough centre was very accommodating when it came to dropping and collecting the car because of my long shifts.

My windscreen replacement was processed through insurance so I didn’t have a choice of supplier. The windscreen was border line illegal so i needed to get it replaced ASAP, and didn’t want to drive the vehicle until it was replaced. I made the booking online as you have to and after my first choice depots based on location ( Lincoln & Nottingham) availability was poor, I went further afield to Peterborough, The booking was confirmed and I put plans in place to get time off and get the vehicle there on the booked date. ….. Only to get a call 3 days later saying my booked slot was not available and I needed to rebook for a later time / date !!!!! The experience at the depot on the day, and the replacement was good, which is more than I can say about the booking process.
