Good communication and work completed on time

Dropped my car off at opening time, 08:30. Received an email at roughly 11:45 with pre and post work inspections, thinking it was about ready so was expecting contact. Never got contacted about it being finished, and only found out when I had contacted them. Picked my car up and the inside was full of dust and bits of plastic which was never cleaner up after the work was complete.

I met Steve at 12:00 PM. He promised to return the car within 4 hours and offered to let me wait in the office or walk around until he called. I got the call at 3:45 PM and picked up the car at 4:30 PM (they close at 5:00 PM). Everything was done on time, and I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommended — well done, guys! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic, initially I reported a stone chip , which was amicably decided that it was not a suitable repair. I literally had to do nothing a genuine windscreen was fitted to my E350. I just had to pay the difference and lv insurance were wonderful and very highly recommended. The technician was Bryan Phillips and was extremely helpful and wonderful. The whole experience other than the initial crack was wonderful.
Previously I was ensured with Admiral and Autoglass were the repairers and I was disgusted with both parties. In the end a Chinese replica screen was fitted, I even involved the ombudsman and was disgusted with them also. Autoglass wanted to con me extra £600 on top of the insurance company paying for a non genuine screen, totalling the costs to about £1600 and the sums were not adding up, the cost for a genuine screen and non genuine in terms of parts was about the same when I independently inquired, the whole system was rigged and I was absolutely disgusted,
The ombudsman advised that I contacted the Financial regulator but they would look at it but would not compensate me.
I on that note thought that am I stupid to waste my time further for there amusement.
I hope that the general public find this information useful.
I would not willingly use Admiral or Autoglass unless I am cornered,I don’t even know why Admiral are deluded in their contractual agreement with Autoglass to con customers

Great service, fast and smooth.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting area. I even got a cup of tea! My car was ready within 2 hours and I have no complaints. The chap who bought my car around was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend.

Paid for new wiper blades and new screen, wiper blades not fitted, yet charged for them and not told they weren’t fitted. They had two weeks warning yet blamed it’s a new service, what do you expect. Poor customer service!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only lost one star because of an issue with the new screen. They tried to resolve quickly, but conceded would need a replacement screen to resolve. Appointment booked and fingers crossed all goes well. Generally though, couldn't fault the service.

I recently had my window screen replaced, and was very happy with the service. The whole process was quick, professional, and completed to a very high standard. The technician was friendly, and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and great customer service.

Took my car there following vandalism to my windscreen, the managed the whole insurance stuff, despite National failing to contact my insurance company to seek authorisation, they accepted my car anyway, chase up the approval and within 1.5-2hrs they had fitted a brand new screen and had me on my way!

Staff were all polite and courteous, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend them without a doubt.

​I used recently for a windscreen replacement with ADAS calibration.
​On the positive side, I am very happy with the actual windscreen replacement. The glass looks great, the installation was clean, and the physical fitting was done well.
​However, I am really disappointed with the ADAS calibration. Since getting the car back, the Lane Keep Assist isn't working properly—the car fails to hold its lane when the system is activated. To make matters worse, I wasn't provided with an ADAS calibration certificate or report when the job was finished, so I have no proof it was even done correctly.
​I have booked another appointment with them for a re-calibration. I am giving 3 stars for now because of the safety risk with the lane assist, but I am happy to update and improve this review later depending on how they resolve the issue at my next appointment.

The automated online reporting system was very effective. In addition, the Peterborough centre was very accommodating when it came to dropping and collecting the car because of my long shifts.
