Top service, great team
Had the windscreen replaced after a big crack from lorry debris. Both the Manager and Fitter were really helpful about an additional issue I was having with the old internal rear view mirror fixing bracket (which is bonded to the windscreen glass). The screen was replaced quicker than they estimated & the Fitter made sure the mirror fitted the new fixing bracket perfectly, which I really appreciated. The Fitter provided clear aftercare info to ensure that the new windscreen had the right time and conditions to settle-in after fitting. Great service.

Cancelled appointment literally 15…
Cancelled appointment literally 15 before time they were due knowing the works were being carried out at a different address from my home in another town. I was up early on my only day off and just travelled 20 miles to make appointment.
Works were carried out four days later to a very poor standard so have had to raise the issue with head office. There are gaps around the screen very shoddy work!

Great service & lovely team
Really good experience with National Windscreens in Reading. The team were super friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole thing a lot less of a hassle.
They were also really quick — I was expecting to be waiting around for ages, but they got it all sorted in no time and did a great job.

No show on appointed day
No show on appointed day. A day of waiting wasted for me. They didn't notify me. I had to chase them. Rearranged for a week later and all was fine, but still fuming for their discourtesy in wasting my day for the first appointment.
