Friendly and quick windscreen replacement
When you get a crack in your windscreen it fills you with dread. My windscreen was not something that could be replaced remotely so I had to take my car into Reading for them to replace it. Friendly and happy bunch of people on reception. I wend to Costa for a coffee just over the road and came back about an hour and a half later and the car was done.

The experince was great from start to…
The experince was great from start to finish. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, I even got a compliment about my crocs (I am a nurse and that is the only shoe brand I wear now.) The only issue was the payment options were quite outdated. Online payment didn’t go through about 4 times then refused to take a payment as it said it’s already been processed but I knew it hadn’t so the other option was a phone call with a robot. Would love it if you had a card machine there.

Two technicians turned up on time on…
Two technicians turned up on time on one of the warmest days of the year and replaced the screen in my Transit Custom on my driveway. They were both polite and a credit to National Windscreens. There must be a reason why my insurers sent me to National Windscreens for a replacement and I now know why that is. It's called good old fashioned 'service' !

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a small chip on the windscreen which was easily repaired quickly and efficiently at the Reading branch. They have a waiting room and toilets if required, but there us also a retail park across the road where you can get food and drinks etc.
