Out of the way location on industrial…
Out of the way location on industrial estate with no nearby facilities (30 mins walk away) whilst you wait new windscreen has new little tattoo bottom right in line of site but otherwise it works and no mess nice guys

The staff were excellent
The staff were excellent. And the car was ready to collect bang on the time they said it would be.
The only negative was the booking in process. It’s a bit vague what time to bring your car in. until the day before when I was given a drop off time.

Problems with the finish around the audi installed camera. Hanging undressed tape.
Said not my problem mate, your lucky i didn't put it on with double sidec sticky tape, read our terms and conditions and walked off.
Rochester kent branch medway estate. No need to be so rude and unhelpful. Terms and conditions say camera will be recalibrated not sure how they do this without fitting it. Terrible response from national windscreens help line said will call back 4 times never did. Camera now not working. If you can't replace like for like then don't have a contract with insurers to replace windscreens for audi.
There is no confusion.
You cannot provide a service like for like when a car with an audi fitted camera system comes into your depot.
All you need is a fresh sticky new black pad, cut and dressed around the existing camera mount and put one cable in the correct place. And employ people or train people in your organisation in customer care and aftercare.
Not my problem mate from your site manager.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize that the service you received did not meet your expectations. I can see it looks like this was a hard wired dash cam from Audi so we would be unable to provide the double sided sticky mount. I can see as a good will gesture our technician did remove and refit the dash cam to replace the windscreen. We do recalibrate the ADAS camera as required however the dash cam would not come under this. We are sorry for any confusion caused by this.
