Very poor work done by the national…
Very poor work done by the national windscreen. They didn’t fix my car’s windscreen properly. Rainwater is leaking inside the car after they replaced it. Very poor service. I have plenty of proof. They even damaged my car’s paint with their glue.

When I had to make an appointment…
When I had to make an appointment through my insurance company for my windscreen to be stone chip repaired, I found it very easy to get onto website also they kept me up to speed until the appointment via email and text which was very helpful. And payment easy transaction with email receipt, when I arrived I was seen virtually on my appointment slot and the staff were very professional and curious too and after explained everything they had done with a format sent via email, very satisfied 😌
