No problems at all, got the new windscreen on quickly and correctly calibrated while being friendly.
Insurance paid but I know from previous experience they are quite a lot cheaper than one of the other big windscreen companies.

Easy to arrange. Clean and tidy reception centre; polite and welcoming staff. Efficient and effective service. Good comms. Replacement window completed on time and as far as am aware - to appropriate standard. Better than other replacement windscreen firms I have used before. All round good experience.
