Not impressed.
I sent a picture of the broken side window of my Ford Torneo. Their first attempt, the fitter turns up with just the opening panel, not the complete window. Their second attempt, the fitter turns up with a complete window but can't fit it because it's raining. I then have to arrange to drive it 30 minutes to Salisbury to leave it and return later to pick it up. Nearly 2 weeks in total to get a side window fitted on a working Taxi, has cost me a fortune in lost revenue. Why ask for a picture of the window if you are just going to ignore it?

Brilliant technicians
Brilliant technicians who were friendly and informative polite and quick. Couldn't fault their professionalism and obvious skill.
Down side was waiting a whole day not really knowing when they might turn up. Even an AM or PM actual time would have been helpful. In the end they didn't get to me till last thing so I was frustrated to have wasted a day waiting.

Easy, quick and cracking customer service
It was really quick and easy to book in on my phone. They came on time and it take long to swap out the screen. Your technician was great as well - my 4 year old wqs really interested in everything he was doing and he took the time to show him everything and even set him up with a little seat to watch. Dibby was Top class.

Very good customer service from all involved in my windscreen repair
Very good customer service, kept me informed, updated and even offered me a cancellation slot, which I couldn’t take, due to work commitments.
The windscreen repair was quick and easy to arrange.
I only have one snag… It would have been great to visit a windscreen repair centre a little close to my postcode.
However, it’s a minor point and I can’t fault the service and friendliness of the guys at the Salisbury branch and customer service department, whenever I called them for some assistance.
