Holbrook branch , brilliant service
I took my car to the Sheffield (Holbrook) branch to have my window screen replaced, they did a superb job and let me know when my car was ready to be picked up whilst I was in the nearby shopping centre, they was happy for me to pick my car up when I was ready without me having to rush about, thank you so much guys

The staff were very cheerfully helpful in their communications and the work was efficiently quick. The only issue I had was that living so far away from the workshop, making arrangements to be collected after drop off and returned for collection of my car was complicated.

When I arrived I left the car with them…
When I arrived I left the car with them and got a call 30 mins later to say they had ordered in the wrong piece of glass! They would have to wait for another delivery so delayed the job by 2-3 hours. I was also told they would keep me updated with the job and I heard nothing from them until it was finished.
