Fantastic team

Overall experience
Easy to transact. Didn’t have to wait very long.
Drop off and pick up was very easy.
Only negative was the automated messages where I was told several different amounts to pay (roof repair) and also different durations as to how long the vehicle would need to be left - which required me to make some calls in order to resolve.

Good service ,I drop my car off at the required time . They give you up to 3 hours for the repaire. Expect it to be the full 3 hrs . If you are busy ,give uour self time . I waited the full 3 hrs at a my friend's house . All in al a good service. Receptionist very polite and helpfull .

Awful service
Keep away from these people no windscreen arrived and made me come all the way to Stafford even though they had booked me in a week prior to my appointment. Made me wait for over 5 hours after I was told no windscreen arrived and another one is on its way, then no windscreen arrived and given another appointment. Completely unacceptable.

Efficient, didn’t take too long and the end result was of a high standard.
Communication prior to the appointment was good although I had to ring them as they had changed the time I had requested.
When the job was completed I was on site and didn’t receive a call immediately though. Overall I would recommend for the work provided.
