Which depot?
Email day before changing depot from Torquay to Exeter. Arrived Exeter, no record of booking, windscreen and booking found in Torquay. Drove to Tqy excellent service, well fitted screen, all complex electronics appearing to work.

Screen shot as ordered on 14 th march it was arranged to be done on the 24th we parked the lorry up for the day they then rang to say they hat day that they didn’t have the screen so that was a loss of earnings on the lorry of £650 they then got it for the 27 th and then the fitter damaged the visor on the lorry

About the first technician that came I have nothing to say. But the second technician that came to replace the faulty/damage windscreen fitted was very efficient and professional.
The office were very helpful and quick to get the problem sorted.

Fitted a screen to my daughters Nissan micra.
Great fitter.
Finished car perfectly. Left it clean. Advised not to fit dash cam for 24hrs to stop pushing on screen. Greatly received advice.
Will use again if a new screen is ever needed.

The guys turned up in 2 vans at my home address and said there wasn't enough room to park and also said there wasn't enough room around my van to work so I had to come home from work and find an alternative place to have the screen fitted.ive had screens replaced before at my home address with no problem I felt that the guys were trying to find any reason not to fit the screen

No local appointments. Windscreen wipers damage to bonnet
No local appointments for 4days. Windscreen replaced, then had to return a few days later for calibration of screen electrics. Then after this noticed windscreen wipers not replaced correctly, causing bonnet to flex and paint work chipped worn away, also damage to dash!

Lovely people and well done. Just a few imperfections tape on the inside of the screen and not quite neat mastic and could have clean the suction cup marks off the screen otherwise great job.
