Three cancellations
Three cancellations, I had to ring up in the end to find out it had been cancelled yet again.
In the end I had to take my car to the work shop myself.

Exceptionally Good Service
Kye was the glass technician who replaced the windscreen on my Audi A3, and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely great to have working on my vehicle. Despite challenging conditions with strong winds and heavy rain, Kye remained professional throughout and completed a clean, high-quality installation.
I’ve given four stars only because the tracking system didn’t work properly, so I wasn’t able to see the technician’s location before the appointment — it only updated once the NW van had arrived. Aside from that minor issue, the service itself was excellent.
Thanks very much, Kye — your hard work was truly appreciated.

They were great
They were great, helpful and polite, if required I would go back to them again. The guy who did the repair had hoped he could make the small crack disappear but unfortunately could not.

Windscreen fitted was smeary on the inside making visibility poor in the low winter sun. No space to park when arriving at the branch except on the pavement as there were double yellow lines on the road. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They were polite and efficient. I went into town for a coffee and they said they would phone me when the car was ready, which they did. They reversed the car out of the garage and on to the road for me.
