Windscreen replacement done well. Some debris left on dashboard after the work.
Tried to cancel my appointment after it was booked which led to some stress and uncertainty, and in the end the original appointment was upheld.

No fuss. No drama, wouldn’t know they’d had to replace the windscreen. Job completed within the time stated.

Very pleased with my recent dealings with these guys. Chris (the fitter) was very up front about the repair, and explained all possible outcomes before starting, so my hopes of a repair were somewhat lowered.
However, 20 minutes later when he explained all had been completed I was very happily surprised with the results.

Windscreen replaced on a Golf 2020, all very straight forward, very clear contact from National, done at and within times given. Great job - recommend.

Windscreen fitted by National Windscreens has completely ruin whole experience with car. There was before special coat called clima coat keeping temperature inside car down, now there is cheap shit Chinese replacement which is not blocking sun more then normal glass. I will be looking legal case against your company. I have ordered wipers replacement with new windscreen. Two different types were fitted. One Bosh and second Michelin. It's look ugly on car, they couldn't care less. Dashboard normally is vacuumed before windscreen installation, as removing old glass could be messy. They didn't bother to do it.

Great service when the windscreen got replaced but getting it replaced took ages due to them having to order my windscreen from a different manufacturer. So my original appointment got cancelled the day before and had to wait over a week for another one.

The windscreen fitters arrived at the correct time he stated and carried out the replacement with no mess or problems.We would recommend National Windscreens in the future without hesitation.

The staff were very welcoming and told me it could take up to 4 hours as they had to re-calibrate the forward lane assit camera but if I called back in two and a half hours they would see if it could be done by then as I was pushed for time to get back to work and fair play to them it was all finished and very professional. the booking and after care was good as they made sure I was completely happy with everything

Clear communication on timing, polite staff, efficient windscreen replacement

Initially time was wasted in replacing the screen as a home visit was booked to replace the screw the evening before the appointment I was called to reschedule as someone realised that due to senses in the screen this couldn’t be done at home the earliest appointment was after a week at the Worcester garage. On the day the appointment went well I was given a realistic time scale of the process and a text message was sent to me when I had to collect the car however when I returned home I noticed the caps on both the front wipers had been broken while removing and were just sitting on the Knut which wasn’t obvious on initial inspection

Did not arrive until 5.30pm. Polished out minor chips but did not repair main chip. Said repair would still show. Very disappointing. Maybe a second opinion is needed.
