Home visit not so good. Garage visit above average..
Not really convenient for where we live.
When the home visit guy came out, it was raining. He said he thought the chip had already been done. The other chips he couldn't see much because they were wet so he write them off as OK. When I pushed him, saying the chip was new, he said "new windscreen - bigger than 20p", so that's what we were booked in for.
When we got there (35-40 minute drive away and several hours wait in the local retail park) they confirmed that it was repairable, the crack was surface only and not a problem, that they had repaired it plus other chips. No new screen required.
So the home visit, 1 or 2. He couldn't get away fast enough.
The visit to the garage, 4 or 5. They COULD have just replaced the windscreen as booked. They didn't. They called the shot on repairable and took that option.

Prompt and efficient service
The technician arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was friendly and professional explaining fully that the repair might not be possible due to the shape of the chip. He worked carefully and effected a full repair without the need for a replacement windscreen. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly fitter
Friendly fitter, had an issue following the replacement of my windscreen as the sensors hadn’t been re attached and it took a number of calls to the branch to get this looked into but eventually the same fitter came out and rectified within 10 minutes. Thank you!
