Great customer service & helpful staff
Great customer service & helpful staff. No issues with the booking process and good communication before and after carrying out the windscreen replacement. They completed the work ahead of my allocated time slot so I was able to collect the van earlier than planned. Would highly recommend (and they are much cheaper than autoglass)

My Velar was in with them over 2 weeks…
My Velar was in with them over 2 weeks ago for a replacement. Got it back and was told all ok and calibrated even though they said there was a fault code. Had to take it back a week later as the traffic sign recognition wasn't working and also my washer jets wasn't working. Could not calibrated and funny enough gave me a print out of their Hella diagnostic report. I have since had my Velar in for its annual service and it needs a new module over 1k repair bill which is down to National Windscreens but of course they deny that its their fault considering before they replaced the screen everything was functioning correctly. I will be in touch with my insurance provider and will pursue this in the small claims court if necessary as I am not letting them get away with sub standard work and what is terrible customer service.
