I have been with Nationwide Gascare for 20 + years now and can not fault their work. They have always provided an excellent service through break downs and boiler service. Prompt and reliable.

I've been using Nationwide Gas Care for more than 10 years and I am very satisfied with the service provided. The annual service is always completed without fuss but more importantly the excellent call-out service has always been prompt, even at weekends.
I especially like the politeness and friendliness of the engineers.

Been with Nationwide over 10 years. Service guys have always been very polite and efficient. Have had a couple of issues with getting no call out refund over the years but has been sorted by phone call. Would have still got 4 stars but last call out for slight leaking radiator - damp patch about 12 inch round from leak - left me with waterlogged carpet over 6 ft' sqr that I had to soak up with towels and lift carpet to dry properly. I had been told it wasn't necessary to drain the radiator as was a quick job. In fairness I didn't complain at the time and other call outs have not caused any issues.

I’ve been with this company for about 17years, always had fast service when needed, get a service done every year, no problems even when spare parts were needed. I would highly recommend them .

Nationwide Gas Care installed a new boiler about 9 years ago, and have carried out annual servicing since then. The initial installation was well done, and good value. There have been no problems with the heating system, but I’m confident that Nationwide would respond efficiently if called out.

Our annual service was completed quickly and efficiently, engineer was polite, tidy and ensured all Covid19 protocols were adhered too

Nationwide Gas Care installed a new boiler for me about 10 years ago at my last premise and looked after me on a rolling maintenance contract. I am now with them again at my new address. They offer a very good service indeed, starting with contact with the office to the sending out of engineers in a prompt fashion. All staff are friendly and they have my highest recommendation as a reliable company to do business with.

This Company is terrific. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient, and the technical crew are excellent. I have nothing but praise for them, and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They look after several properties for me on maintenance contracts, and have always solved any problems quickly and effectively. They come punctually on the day and at the time that they say they will, and the quality of their work is excellent. What more can you ask?

First week of lockdown. Boiler leaking. No problem, the Nationwide technician was there the same day and fixed it. Good Job!

Have been with Nationwide Gas Care for 15 years and wouldn't use anybody else, Bolier and system serviced once a year and engineers are always courteous, and any problems encountered are fixed very quickly.
NGC installed our new system in 2016. they were half the price of Scottish Gas and a better boiler, I think they would be hard to beat

Prompt response when asked to call out with problem in central heating.
Very friendly and professional service, both on the phone and engineers.

I have been a customer with Nationwide Gas Care for a lot of years, over these years i have had no problems with there service, i have my yearly service done without any problems, any problems the engineer finds, he can fix the problem on the day, failing that he will arrange an other appointment.I would recommend Nationwide Gas Care to my friends.
