Nationwide installed our boiler a decade ago and have meticulously maintained it since then.
All staff (office and engineers) are helpful and courteous. They say what they will do then do what they said.
A great value for money service which we highly
recommend.

They managed to slot me in as James's last job off the day. He arrived as agreed and set about his work with no fuss. Recently had a new boiler fitted. A good experience dealing with Gary the Nationwide Rep who carefullly explained the boiler options available allowing us to make an informed decisions. The one snagging fault was rectified quickly. Office staff were contacted on a number of occasions and they were always courteous and helpful.

Excellent response to my call, engineer arrived following morning we required a replacement boiler Very straight forward organisation of the job and left property in a great way no problem. Staff are all so helpful great to get proper service.

Contacted Nationwide gas care as I had no hot water. Came same day and found several problems.ordered parts immediately.Fortunately all parts were available and repair carried out next day.The engineer noticed service was due and just carried that out while he was here. Cannot find fault with service I received and am very happy to recommend them to others.

Have called out Nationwide gas care on a number of occasions and they have always responded quickly and sorted any problems efficiently. The most recent replacement of a valve was no different despite the limitations caused by lockdown. Highly recommended.

We have had a service plan with Nationwide gas care for years and have always had excellent care. When our boiler was clearly coming to the end of its life we had a discussion with Gary who recommended a new Atag boiler. The installation by Gordon went smoothly with very little mess or disruption to the household. We love our new boiler which is far more efficient than our old one. We chose to control it with a Nest on Gary’s advice which has worked out brilliantly.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and make of boiler - both have been exceptional.

Boiler stopped working and on calling for a repair an engineer was sent out very quickly and the problem fixed on the first visit. The engineer was very thorough and professional and I would recommend Nationwide Gas Care because of the great quality of service they offer at competitive prices.

Excellent Company!! We’ve been customers for years, had a lovely new Worcester combo boiler fitted with radiators years ago and there has never been a problem. No issues with Nationwide Gas Care. Gary is professional, all the other engineers are great too. The ladies in the office are always kind and efficient. I have been with the company for 15 years and always had good service. Had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago and everything was straightforward and the system worked well. Had a couple of issues with faulty valves under the floor last winter but new parts fitted promptly and heating system back to normal quickly. Annual inspections are good. Always have been pleased with the courteous service.

I have been with this company for over 10 years. Cannot fault them. Any time I need my boiler repaired, it's done either the same day or within 1-2 days. I get my service every year. They are also the cheapest per month compared to other companies. Lovely lads who are good at their job and clean up after themselves. Any issues are dealt with by the lass in the office...no call centre. I personally won't go with anyone else.

Nationwide Gas Care fitted a whole new heating system in our house 2 years ago. Fantastic service, great job & all the gas engineers were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Following this my parents also used them to install a new boiler in their house. We now both use them for our yearly service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nationwide Gas Care are fantastic. They were recommended to us by a friend many years ago and we are so glad we chose them to install our new boiler. They provided great advice, a fantastic installation and the on-going servicing and support continues to be great. They really live up to the 'care' in their name. We highly recommend them.
