I am a customer since 2017, when I contacted them for a quote to replace my boiler. Which I installed their recommendation. The boiler was installed with ease and very professionally. They service my boiler every year and do a really good job and provide reassurance that everything as expected just had my service for this year and given the circumstances, the engineer arrived promptly, maintained safe distancing and PPE. He provided great advice, cleaning all contact areas and would never have known he had been there. Truly a great company and staff, I have known Nationwide and her sister company for 20 years and I can only praise them.

Excellent Service
Been with since bought first house 6 years ago, thought would go with one of the big companies, but tried Nationwide based on recommendation of work colleague who raved about service, since then never been disappointed as service received always first class, both when calling office and from engineer visits.
Had service today, initially was concerned about how this would be done under current covid situation as I am a carer for someone who was shielding, but engineer arrived prompt and took all precautions such as face mask, disinfected any area touched and door handle when leaving, to be honest probably left the area of the boiler cleaner than it was before he started.
Also, I have an older boiler and they have always given honest feedback on the condition, never felt like there was a push to try and sell a new boiler.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I have been a Nationwide customer for the last 20 years. They serviced my elderly but reliable Potterton boiler for years and were my first choice when it came to replacing it and the old radiators 3 years ago. If I have had problems an engineer has fixed it quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have been a Nationwide Gas Care customer for just over a year following installation of a new boiler. The boiler was fitted with no problems and the team who fitted it were great. Very professional and friendly. Had them back recently to install a new radiator and replace another one and also for the annuall service. Again the service was second to none. I would definitely recommend them to a tone looking for great service.

Prompt, reliable and efficient service
Nationwide Gas Care has been servicing our boiler since we moved to our current house 8 years ago. Prior to this they installed a LPG gas boiler and heating system in our previous house, which included, removing the old coal fired central heating system.
Had to request for an engineer to visit during COVID:19. Engineer arrived in appropriate PPE and fixed the problem with the boiler, cleaned up afterwards and disinfected all surfaces he had touched. I’m amazed the boiler is still going as it is at least 26 years old and some parts are now obsolete. When the time comes to replace the boiler then Nationwide Gas Care will be top of the list for quotes.

Excellent and reliable gas care and service!
NGC fitted my boiler in Edinburgh, 9 years ago, at a very competitive price and have carried out my annual service ever since.
The engineers, usually James or Gordon, always call in advance to let me know, roughly, when they will be arriving and often arrive ahead of time.
They are always friendly, efficient and leave everything tidy when they leave. Associated paperwork is completed
Have already recommended them to my elderly parents in Fife, who were happy with the service they received.

Combi boiler
I was looking for a new combination boiler and on phoning Nationwide Gas Care the lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable and arranged an engineer visit the following day. The engineer came at the time arranged and I had a quote before the end of day.
I now look forward to having them install my new boiler.
Would definitely recommend.

Great service
We have been with Nationwide Gas Care for over 10 years now. They do their best to attend to emergencies ASAP and if you need a part for a repair they try to obtain it quickly so that you are not too inconvenienced. Every employee we have met over the years is efficient and friendly and if there is a problem they explain what it is and how they will fix it.

radiator leak
We had a leak from a radiator which was in a spare room so had gone undetected for some time,though my husband had wondered why he needed to top up the boiler from time to time. On contacting Nationwide they immediately sent out Gary who fixed the problem in a matter of minutes,excellent service. never had to use them very often but they are second to none.

Yearly service
We have used NGC years and last year we had a new boiler fitted with no problems, The office staff are very friendly as are the engineers, the service they provide is excellent. I received a call to say the engineer was on his way, he was very polite and friendly I would highly recommend them.

Consistently good service.
We had our boiler replaced by Nationwide around 6 years ago. The quote they gave was less than half of the British Gas price. Since then the service has been excellent. Most of our annual services have been done by Gary, and the latest by James. Both are very friendly and professional. They always arrive when they say they will and leave no mess at all. At first I wasn't sure about using a company I'd not heard of before, but I neednt have worried. My installation is LPG and this has never been any problem. I would recommend Nationwide Gascare without hasitation.
