Excellent service. Called within the time slots agreed and work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. Engineer wore face mask at all times.

I have been a customer for three years now after being recommended by a friend. I have found the company to be very efficient, friendly and experienced. They inform you when the maintenance is arranged for and the engineer phones before arrival. Always cheerful and correct and I cannot fault anything up to date.

James, the Engineer was excellent. He was very thorough and took the time to full investigate and resolve our Boiler problem. He gave me advice on what to look for and the information to call in with if it ever happened again. This would enable swift resolution in terms of sourcing any parts. Recent Gascare experience
We have now had our boiler serviced annnually by Nationwide for some fifteen years. It is usually Gordon who attends. He is pleasant, efficient and punctual usually giving us a ‘phone call some five minutes before arrival time. We have no problems with the service received to date and have indeed recommended Nationwide to friends in the past.

Excellent Service
We have been with Nationwide Gas Care for over 5 years now. Engineers always contact you prior to arrival. Very polite. Last service carried out by Gordon. Arrived in full PPE and had the job done in no time. Only small disappointment this time was that until the engineer called on the morning of the service we had no notification of the service. Normally we would have got a letter or 2 (Gordon said the same). Overall we will continue to use them.

This company has been servicing our boiler for over 18 years now. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I have received. The engineer always arrives on the arranged date and gives you a courtesy call about 30 minutes before he arrives. They are competent in carrying out the service and answer any questions very knowledgeably. On the one occasion that I had to call them out to do a repair. They arrived the next day and replaced the faulty part on the spot.

Reliable and efficient.
I have been a customer of Nationwide Gas Care for many years. Their manner of customer care is excellent both with office staff and with their field engineers. They always turn up on time and are tidy and efficient.
In the current Covid climate, the engineer had the correct PPE and observed social distancing. I had no concerns about safety.
Will continue to use Nationwide.
