Installation and care of boiler
My boiler was installed by Nationwide Gas Care in June 2015 and has been serviced by them ever since. The company are very helpful and professional and I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone requiring a new boiler or maintenance of an existing one.

Nationwide used by Architect for near two decades...
We have used Nationwide for boiler and heating system servicing and repairs since 2002 and are always happy to recommend them. Calls are always answered promptly and the representatives are friendly and helpful. Visits can be arranged very quickly to deal with any problems in the boiler or heating system and follow up visits to provide spare parts are always very soon after the solution to the reported problem is diagnosed. The visiting engineers are on time, considerate and competent, a pleasure to have in our office or in my home. Excellent service from a locally based firm offering exceptional value and we are proud to support Nationwide for almost two decades now. I am an architect and expect the highest standards which Nationwide provide.

Never had any problem with Nationwide gas care. They offer a very competitively priced cover plan which includes an annual service and non call out refund. Very customer focused and are always quick in responding to repair a fault. I have in the past recommended Nationwide to friends and family and will certainly do so in the future.

Boiler failure.
Recently my boiler failed first thing in the morning, no hot water no heating. I called the office prior to opening time and left a message, within 10 minutes of the office opening I had a phone call and asked what the problem was, I was given an approximate time for the engineer to call 12:00 onwards, at 12:10 the engineer arrived and the repair was completed by 12:30. That is indeed 5 star service.

Quick repair and really pleased....!!
Been with Nationwide for a few years now and never had to use them apart from the annual service, however it's only when something goes wrong that you see what kind of service they provide.
Last week, the little controller on the wall where you programme the times for the heating coming on etc packed in. Checked the fuse, which was fine, but the programmer itself was completely dead. It was about 4pm, but I phoned Nationwide, spoke to Vanessa and also emailed her a photo of the device. She checked, they had one and Gary was out by lunchtime the next day and easily replaced it.
Probably one of their easier faults to rectify, but even so, it was dealt with promptly and professionally.
I used to have a contract with British Gas and I'd have to say that their service was fine as well, but I found their monthly price was just creeping up to such a level I just had to shop around. I found Nationwide and their price was unbeatable. Certainly worth a look to anyone looking to take out a contract in the future.
