Just had my boiler serviced today. Excellent service from the engineer wore a mask and showed me how to top up the boiler etc. Would recommend them to any one.

Boiler Service
Nationwide Gas Care serviced my boiler today. The engineer was prompt on arrival, removed his shoes on entry and was clean , neat and tidy.
The engineer was friendly and willing to answer any questions and explain things in simple terms.
He left the job tidy and made sure all my timer settings were back to what they were previously.
I would strongly recommend Nationwide Gas Care for their excellent service and efficiency.

Good service over the past 15 years...
I have had a maintenance contract with Nationwide since September 2005. My old boiler suffered a few faults and breakdowns, which were always dealt with promptly and efficiently, without quibble.
My new boiler has now been serviced twice, the most recent one being carried since the start of the COVID 19 restrictions. The person I contacted to book the service was able to find a date within a week of my call, and she was very helpful and friendly. The engineer phoned in advance during the morning of the visit. He wore a face mask during the entire time. He was very friendly and courteous, and completed the service in a timely manner.
I have been very happy with the service from Nationwide over the past 15 years.

We phoned to book the annual service for our two locations, set up no problem, the dates given and agreed immediately. Planning Staff very helpful and friendly.
The engineer phoned the day before confirming the time arriving as it was first thing in the morning. The engineers had all the tools and the PPE and wore their facemasks throughout the visits, all work was completed in a timely manner.
Great efficient work as always from Nationwide, very happy with their services.

I phoned to book in an annual service and was fitted in the next day, the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The engineer phoned 30 mins before arriving. He wore a facemask throughout his visit and his work was very thorough tidy. He was also happy to answer my questions. I have always been delighted with the service provided by Nationwide Gas Care limited.

Reliable, have used for >10 years.
My service was booked in for the morning, the engineer rang the evening before to confirm, and that he would be arriving between 8 am and 8:30 am, arrived right in the middle of this time.
Wore a correctly fitted surgical-type mask during his entire visit, worked quickly and tidily. Distancing also maintained during the entire visit, only approaching with completed paperwork at the end of the visit.
Have retained my central heating servicing with Nationwide Gas Care for over 10 years, no complaint.

Annual Boiler Service
My boiler was due an annual service. I contacted Nationwide Gas Care and found the staff to be very polite and helpful. The engineer arrived as arranged and was very professional, efficient and was PPE prepared. This was my first time with Nationwide and I will not hesitate in using them in the future.

Boiler was due annual service, engineer contacted us 20 minutes prior to arrival. Work carried out very professionally and engineer very courteous. Before entering house he had the correct PPE on.
Have never had any problems with servicing over last 6 years.

My property had a full central heating system installed in 2011 and Nationwide have taken care of the boiler services since. Never had any issues, turn up when supposed to. Would recommend, especially being a local company.

New Boiler and 1st Service
We had a new boiler installed by Nationwide Gas Care last year (2019), very happy with the service and advice from them. Just had our 1st annual boiler service. Engineer arrived on time, very courteous and explained what was being done. Very happy with this company and would recommend.
