Impressed with the high level of…

Impressed with the high level of service.
Very professional.
Serviced the boiler and and checked heating was working fully .
Visited again promptly when thermostat control dial broke and fixed with no extra charge

This Company are as they say"SIMPLY THE BEST"
Boiler broke down...fixed same day with expensive part. Of course cost me nothing as I'm covered by The Nationwide Service plan.
As always great service from a great enginger.

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care 6 years

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care for about 6 years now, they have installed 2 boilers in different properties I have lived in and I have no complaints. I have my boiler serviced every year by them as well. Engineers are polite, tidy and happy to tell you what they are doing. I felt perfectly happy having them in the house even with all the restrictions we are currently living with. Happy to recommend this company.

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care…

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care for many years with no complaints, having purchased a new boiler and complete pipework installation a few years ago there has been excellent service by the engineers that is second to none. Not forgetting the office staff who have been brilliant.
I would thoroughly recommend Nationwide Gas Care to anyone.

Boiler service

I've used Nationwide for a few years now. The engineer doing the service today was friendly and careful to comply with safety in these strange times. I've had a couple of breakdowns over the years and these have been dealt with easily. Office staff are also friendly and easy to deal with.

home boiler service.

total reliability with this company.on the only occasion my boiler failed, the engineers after exhaustive checking.replaced the master board, and restored our heating.looking at nine years good service.

Excellent servie

Been with Nationwide gas for over 16yrs, my boiler has broken down a few times,they always managed to repair it quickly even came out at the weekend. All the heating engineers have been friendly,honest and helpful. I have recommended them to family and friends

Excellent service as usual

Excellent service as usual. The engineer arrived within the agreed timeframe. He had a mask on when he arrived and used sanitising spray and wipes before and after touching anything in the house.

Had annual boiler service carried out…

Had annual boiler service carried out recently. Engineer called before hand and then came wearing mask. Carried out job and was friendly and explained what he was doing. Have had them service boiler for many years now.

Over 10years with Nationwide Gas Car

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care for over 10years. Customer service always contacts me on a yearly bases to arrange date for boiler maintenance. Engineers are polite, respectful and complete any job required to a high standard. No mess left behind. Never had a thought to go with any other company.

Customer myself and my Aunt happy customers with Nationwide gas care for more than 15 years. Office staff great to deal with and engineers well mannered clean and tidy. Company well worth the 5 stars.

Continued great service

I have been a customer of Nationwide Gas Care for over 10 years. The company installed a new boiler at my previous property and carried out all annual services and safety checks. I stayed with Nationwide Gas Care for my present property and have been delighted at the continued level of service. They have recently installed a new boiler, during which all Covid-19 guidance was strictly adhered to, and were very tidy and helpful.

Professional and friendly

We had our ATAG boiler fitted over 2 years ago by Nationwide and have been on the annual service scheme. We are very pleased with the professional service provided by all working at Nationwide. On a recent annual check, the engineers were friendly and efficient and complied with covid restrictions.
We were so pleased with Nationwide we also had a boiler fitted in a property we were renovating for resale. We would recommend this company.

I've been a customer of Nationwide Gas …

I've been a customer of Nationwide Gas Care for many years and have always found that they provide great service. Any issues we've had with the heating have been very quickly resolved. The staff are always friendly and professional.

A recent example includes James giving us some advice re our Nest control. We’ve noticed that on occasions the boiler would come on with out a reason even though nothing was showing on the control panel. James mentioned a setting he had read about and gave us a summary. I followed it up and found he was right and I’ve since found the setting and rectified the issue.

That has saved us some concern and potentially some money – thank you James.

Excellent service from making the…

Excellent service from making the initial phone call to book an appointment with a lovely young lady called Vanessa who kept us updated with a time when the engineer would arrive
The service was carried out by a charming gent called Garry who wore his protective clothing throughout his visit and gave us the relevent paperwork required 1st class 10 out of 10

First class company

Nationwide Gas Care installed my new boiler over two years ago and I have since had the boiler serviced twice by them. The engineer calls beforehand and always turns up on time. At the service last week, the engineer was polite, friendly, wore a face mask and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable company to service or install a boiler.

Customers for more than 10 years

We have used Nationwide Gas Care for over 10 years. They have looked after boilers in several properties for us. Gary and James have both serviced our boilers and made repairs to them.
