I have been a customer of Nationwide Gas since 2005, and have been very satisfied with the service they provide. The service contract work is always carried out efficiently, and if there is a problem at any time (which is rare) an engineer will attend promptly to deal with it. I would highly recommend Nationwide Gas.

Replacement Boiler
We needed a replacement boiler and having used Nationwide for for several years we got them to quote for the work. Competitive price and good quality products. Boiler fitted in one day and everything tidily done. We added the Nest Remote boiler control and that was installed and explained fully on the day. Very happy with the service provided and the boiler and remote control works well

Yearly service plus call back
From first call to set up yearly service this company has been very pleasant to deal with.The engineer arrived on time ,wore a face mask all the time and left the work area neat and tidy.
Spares were quickly sourced and a return visit arranged,again arrival was on time.
This company has a very professional approach and I recommend them.

First class company to deal with efficient go out there way to assist and fit you in an emergency. Office staff and engineers are manner-able, helpful, respectful and update you as to when it is needed. I have been with Nationwide for over 15 years they are the best both in price and customer care.

Top Notch Company.
Nationwide sent an engineer to carry out my annual boiler service yesterday. What a pleasant experience it was! Gary was wearing a mask but slipped it down so I could see his full face before replacing it, removed his shoes at the door and came in to carry out the service. I remained in the kitchen with him and he chatted very pleasantly while he worked. It was late in the day but he carried out the job thoroughly and tidily. He cleaned every surface he touched with sanitiser, which he brought with him, before he left. I had Nationwide install my boiler 7 years ago, when I also took out a maintenance contract with them at a very reasonable cost. I find that they have been a pleasure to deal with and are extremely efficient. I've also recommended them to two friends, who have since had installations and maintenance done by them with very satisfactory results. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and give great value for money.

Excellent Service
We were given a 3 hour time slot for our annual service visit, within a few days of my call. Gordon phoned before he arrived and carried out the service politely and efficiently, wearing a mask. He restored heat to a radiator which had stopped working a few days earlier. Nationwide installed our system 5 years ago. All staff have been polite and helpful at all times and we would not hesitate recommending them.

I am very happy to write a review for this ccompany. Whenever i have had to phone them i have never had any complaints. The girls at the Fife office are very pleasant and so helpful. They either come out that day or as soon as they can. The engineers that come are also very pleasant. They are very respectful, have masks etc. They tell you what they are doing. I have been with nationwide gas care service cover for about 20 years and they do a first class job at keeping my heating running efficiently and any issues they are there promptly with any repairs or service that needs looks at . Having a service agreement saves you a fortune as its fairly inexpensive and you dont have to pay for parts and repairs .
