Annual Boiler service
Oliver, the engineer, rang to tell me he would be with me shortly, which is always appreciated. A very efficient service, always polite and friendly. nothing is a problem. I have been with Nationwide several years, and had excellent service. Anything that has needed to be done between services, has been dealt with promptly. Office staff very understanding , and friendly.

No hot water
Our water was not heating up although we still had central heating. I telephoned to ask for a service engineer to attend as we have a service agreement. An appointment was arranged which was both timely and efficiently dealt with by the staff. Gary, the engineer was running late on the day and we were kept informed of this. When Gary did arrive he was apologetic and although it was now late in the day he was very friendly and took his time with our job, not rushing it at all. For this we were very grateful and commend him for this. Gary was also very efficient with his Covid -19 precautions wearing both a mask and gloves and sprayed plus wiped down all door handles etc that he touched. I was super impressed and would recommend Nationwide gas care limited to everybody. Thanks again you for all your help.

Excellent Service
I have used this Company for over 22 years when they fitted our Worcester 35 boiler along with a shower room and bathroom. They were very efficient and have continued to service our boiler over the years and it's still going strong. We are considering having a new one fitted simply because parts are soon to become obsolete. Great service and highly recommend.

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care since they installed my new boiler in 2008 and they service it every year. Last year I discovered I had no hot water on a Saturday morning. I was really impressed that someone came that afternoon to fix it. Have had a few more problems with boiler that have been fixed promptly. The ladies in the office are so helpful and all the engineers are really nice and always explain what the problem is and what needs done to fix it . It is great that they phone ahead to say what time they will arrive. I will be staying with Nationwide Gas Care and when I need a new boiler I will be getting them to install it and maintain. Thanks for being a great reliable company which is important as a single woman.

I have been with Nationwide Gas Care for over 20years and in all that time I have never considered using another company for servicing/maintaining our boiler and heating system. Fantastic i was getting my annual boiler service . Oliver my engineer phoned 20 mins from arriving. He was wearing a mask and introduced himself . He was polite , helpful and a credit to Nationwide gas care . He gave me a few tips on my central heating to get the best performance out of it . He didn't rush the service and took time to answer my questions . Oliver is a credit to his company I felt at ease with him and as a woman who stays herself thst is very important for me .

Great service as usual
Great service as usual, but I had to take off a star as my gas fire stumped him (and me) with where to source the gas pressure test valve. Despite spending some time reading the manual (which doesn't mention where it is btw) and getting flat on the floor looking at every access point, he was unable to find it and probably any other general service engineer would have the same problem. He suggested getting the specialised fitters of the fire to service it, so I will have to follow that route. That is not a criticism of the company, just that I have a wife who wants a specialised fire that caused the problem ;-)

We had our annual boiler service carried out today. Oliver phoned to advise us exactly what time he would arrive, he was wearing a mask for safety and he carried out the service in a friendly and efficient manner. This is the first time that I have used…this company
This is the first time that I have used this company,Gary arrived on the date arranged he introduced himself and he explained what he would be doing he then proceeded to check out the boiler as he did this he disinfected all parts touched and wiped them down after that he checked all radiators and stats. he then explained how the warranty would work I found him very pleasant and chatty throughout.I would recommend this company to others.
