Used a coach service for the first time and was not disappointed!
They were friendly, professional and very accommodating as we had a long 7 day tour with multiple stops.
The coach was clean and well kept.
Would definitely use Nationwide Minibus again!

We had a wonderful time and thanks to the team and nationwide minibus hire that made it super simple for us. We booked a 33 seater for a full day and it was a very comfortable ride. We will definitely be using them again

We were contacted as soon as we left the first review. To date that was the only contact made and again won’t answer.

SCAMMMMMM. Do not waste your time! Time wasters, do not turn up! WAITING FOR OUR REFUND ( won’t ever arrive as SCAMMMERS)

SCAM! SCAM! I booked a mini bus with these people and paid half the money upfront, despite them asking for it all. I was told they would be in touch 7 days before my booking to get the rest of the money and the pick up time etc. As 4 days to the booking came around it was clear that they had forgotten to get the rest of the money out of me and when I brought it up they sent me a bogus link to pay by. None of the links I was sent were legitimate with an option to pay by card so I was secure. I became aware that I was never going to get a driver when they kept not asking me for my pick up time or flight details all they had was a date and a rough location. When I pointed this out they just said “we were going to message you once you arrived” which one of the worse defences I’ve ever heard. They are just con merchants. I’m just glad they weren’t better at pulling the wool over my eyes so I could figure it out before they got even more money out of me.

Booked this coach for a dancing competition from Ireland transport on way over was fantastic driver Kevin a gentleman ..

For our way back from hotel to airport they texted ( could not have the decency to ring ) TEXTED to say bus was cancelled 1/2 an hour before pickup . Left family’s small kids stranded the cost of all Ubers was ridiculous ..

Then to top it off he said he would return half our payment within 10days , as we paid in full still no payment made no communication from him at all ..

Would appreciate it if you could return the money a lot of family’s were at the loss ..

Our driver Kevin was great. Got us through tough London traffic in record time and waited for us for the return trip.

We had a booking - which was made a number of weeks in advance - for a journey of over 200 miles, plus a return leg a few days later.

Unfortunately, our journey was cancelled only an hour before the scheduled pick-up, and I am still waiting for the promised refund. The lack of communication and accountability is concerning. Based on my experience, I would advise others not to book with this company — it feels very untrustworthy and possibly a scam.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Our minibus booking was cancelled just one hour before departure, which caused significant inconvenience. Despite assurances, the refund has not been processed. I would strongly recommend that others do not book with this company, as the lack of follow-up makes it feel very unreliable and potentially a scam.

Wonderful modern comfortable and clean coaches. Drivers were lovely and accommodating. Good communication. I recommend for group travel! We used them for hiking :)

The company provided our group with a friendly and helpful service. Communication was swift and easy, they are flexible and always within reach regardless of changes from our plans due to some unforeseen circumstances. A loud shout out to our driver, Imran, he is such a kind and patient young man, his understanding and assistance made our journeys a lot easier and comfortable.
Strongly recommend, and we will use their service again for sure if we have the chance to come back to London.

We recently used Nationwide Minibus Hire UK for about 80+ people and had such a positive experience. The coaches were clean, comfortable, and reliable, and the journey was smooth from start to finish. The communication prior to and during the event was all so well coordinated. The responses were always immediate, and we had no issues at all.

The drivers were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The organisation were excellent, which really took the stress out of travelling.

Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for safe, on time and comfortable group travel. We would love to work with them again!

- Nsir: Our arrival and departure airport shuttle driver was an absolute rockstar! He went above and beyond, even taking us to an amazing Pakistani restaurant to indulge in some mouth-watering exotic dishes. His warm hospitality set the tone for an incredible journey.
- Steven Dalton: Our tour guide and driver extraordinaire! Steven's wealth of knowledge about the cities we visited was impressive, and his patience with the kids was truly commendable. He's a veteran in every sense of the word, and we feel so lucky to have had him as our guide.

COACHES WERE TOP-NOTCH

The coaches were spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. They were the perfect way to travel around England, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable ride throughout our trip.

They cancelled our bus a day before and bullied us into a much expensive service. We had no option but to go with it as it was last minute. It’s been 10 days and they haven’t refunded the deposit we paid. So be very careful they come across very nice company but they are not.

I booked with Nationwide very last minute and they were more than willing to accommodate our request. Our lovely driver took us from London to Leeds and back- no complaints! Good communication from the nationwide team
