I had 15 people booked to go on a day out the service from both hussain (who I spoke to on the phone) and Phillip (the driver) was absolutely spot on everything exactly as asked superb service

Hussain was great with communication and overall great experience.
We did have to wait slightly longer to be picked up but that was mainly because we were out in the middle of nowhere so no one’s fault.

I was really happy with the service and communication from Hussain, however was a little frustrated when he messaged me 1 hour and 15 minutes before pick up time to say that there was a problem with the 8 seater, so that he would send 2 5 seaters but at an additional cost of £70 after pre paying £140 for the original 8 seater.
The two cars that arrived were really lovely people and felt very comfortable in their company.

It’s just a shame that we had to pay additional on top of what we had already pre paid through no fault of our own.

Scammers, take your money and don't turn up too pick you up, ask for a refund and get told they don't do refunds and don't reply, the company closed down in 2017 according to companies house AVOID
