Got what I needed but slow
The website is easy to use but this time I experienced quite slow turn around of medication. Ordered next day delivery on the Friday evening and didn’t receive prescription until lunch time following Wednesday. Even taking into account the weekend this is too long as they didn’t need to contact me, just process and send out the order.

Many thanks for taking the time to review our service, we do appreciate this. As explained in our email exchange earlier this week, we are not here over the weekend and as your order on Friday 29th March was placed at 19.59pm this was processed on Monday 1st April. We did send the order out then via Royal Mail with a 24 tracked service, as your delivery address is remote I'm afraid, despite Royal Mail's usual 24 hour service this is not always possible in more remote areas, it can take a day longer than normal.
I do apologise for this slight delay, however if there is anything further I can do for you, please let me know.
