I felt I was dealing with professionals…

I felt I was dealing with professionals the whole time. It can seem tedious to provide so much information when you first enrol but it shows they're complying with the law. Once all the registration went through, my item arrived very quickly. I will certainly use them again.

Took money from my bank 5 days later…

Took money from my bank 5 days later told me they didn’t have the cream in stock I needed totally unacceptable!! Still waiting for refund

Many thanks for your review. I can only apologise for the lack of stock and the slightly delayed communication you have experienced here.
This was due to the fact that your order was placed over a Bank holiday weekend and we were not back in the office I'm afraid until Tuesday this week. I did notify you once I was made aware that there was a supplier problem with the item ordered, I apologise for this.
I can confirm that a refund was issued to you earlier this week so should be back in your account imminently, depending on your bank, this can take 2-5 working days.

Very good service.

I have been buying my medication from nationwide pharmacies for quite some time now and I find them very reliable and they're always there to help, I am also very pleased with the waiting time, I usually receive my order the next day, I would highly recommend them.
