Very easy to use
Very easy to use as long as you know all your medical details. As there as one would expect quite an in depth questionnaire that has to be filled out. Quick delivery of meds. Only draw back is the prices of the meds. A little high to say the least.

Got order but needs better communication
Got my order in the end but felt like i had to ask to much regarding delays rather than being advised by them as to why there would be one. In the past communication was far better, and while i understand the new rules surrounding some medication, better communication a clearer information relating to chosen delivery methods should be implemented
